You see many new unicorns popping up every day. You think entrepreneurship must be really awesome. We assume that the stories of those who survived are the entire story because the “dead” aren’t there to speak. There could be many who didn’t even complete a year or two.

2. IKEA Effect

People place a higher value on things that they have worked to create or build. They go to any length to prove their affinity. This is called the IKEA effect because they sell “DIY” projects that you bring home and assemble yourself — “Isn’t the table awesome? I built it.”
