2. Affect Heuristic

The affect heuristic describes how we often rely on our emotions rather than concrete information when making decisions. This allows us to reach a conclusion quickly and easily but can also distort our thinking and lead us to make suboptimal choices.

3. Redesign

Facebook became Meta. Apple’s mantra is to reinvent frequently. Every successful organization in the world continues to revisit, redesign and reinvent deliberately, and that’s what makes them successful. The same principle applies to you too.
