3 Big Ideas, Tips or Strategies for this week
1.
Fuzzy Ideas. When you’re creating something big (like writing a book) you might have a lot of ideas floating around that feel like fuzzy, complicated and confusing. Yet what you really have are the beginnings of something incredible. In those seemingly disordered ideas are the absolute perfect pieces and parts of your transformational message—your book, and even your book-based business. Get my new book (second edition) “Write Now” and discover the possibilities. Download a free copy at www.writenowbook.com.
2.
The 6-Word Formula. Not getting replies to your email? Are people ignoring your message or keeping them pending for a long time without reverting back? This simple, 6-word message will get them to respond (worked 87% during testing): “Are you still interesting in [X]?” — replace “X” with your request or ask.
3.
Problem Solving Strategy. If you’re stuck, shift up a level or two (think bigger picture) or down a level or two (think finer details). Many problems are solvable at a different level. This works for strategy too. You’ll often find a better opportunity at a different level. Source: Atomic Habits.

2 Stories, Quotes, or Case-Studies for this week.
1. Every Entrepreneur Should Do This
“Every entrepreneur should write a book, because having a book is the new business card. If you want to stand out, you need to show your expertise. Publishing a book is not just putting your thoughts on a blog post. It’s an event. It shows your best curated thoughts and it shows customers, clients, investors, friends and lovers what the most important things on your mind are right now.”“

2. Cinnamon Sense
There is ample evidence that cinnamon can reduce the glycemic index of a meal by up to 29%. Adding three to four grams of cinnamon (about a teaspoon) to one of your daily meals can not only lower blood glucose but also lower LDL cholesterol and triglycerides. The Saigon (Vietnamese) cinnamon is the best, followed by Cassia (common variety) and Ceylon cinnamon.
