____________
3 Big Ideas, Tips or Strategies for this week
1. Relevancy
The biggest threat to most people in almost all industries and geographies is “losing their relevancy”. Becoming irrelevant is not new. But the alarming thing is that the time required is now compressed. What used to take a lifetime is now happening in a decade. Stay relevant.
2. Photoshop Alternative
If working on Photoshop for creating your daily images and social media posts is difficult, try using Canva. It’s easier and free!
3. Acceptance
Everyone in your life is imperfect, either because of something they’ve done in the past or something they can’t change in the present. Fixating on these things destroys relationships. You need a tool that allows you to accept people despite their flaws. Try accepting people as they are, forgiving their imperfections, and forgetting their flaws.

2 Stories, Quotes, or Case-Studies for this week
1. Showing Up
You emerge from school convinced that mastering your craft will bring you success. It certainly can. But the history of business is filled with stories of those who soared at their best but could not maintain that height consistently.
Do the big stuff, but master the small. People look at the small as telling evidence of your ability to do the big – and anything else.
Above all, perform consistently and reliably. Ninety percent of success, it turns out, really is showing up!
2. Thinking Clearly
Imagine we’re going through something difficult like a breakup, a job loss, a business failure, or a health problem, and our friends are advising us. When we are advising them, the answer is obvious. It comes to us in a minute, and we tell them exactly how to solve the problem.
You know the correct answer but your friend can’t see it, because they are in a moment of suffering and pain. They are wishing reality was different. The problem isn’t reality. The problem is – their desire is colliding with reality and preventing them from seeing the truth, no matter how much you say it.
