1. Free Publicity<\/strong>. Ask the associations you belong to (or have membership) to feature you in an article or an interview. A powerful strategy that works really well. Most associations have newsletters and events and are always looking for contributions from its members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Feel <\/strong>\u2192<\/strong> Do <\/strong>\u2192<\/strong> Be. <\/strong>Instead of Be (someone) \u2192 Do (task) \u2192 (so that you can) Have something (rat race)\u2026 try Feel (positive) \u2192 (so that you can) Do (tasks more effectively) \u2192 (that results in) Being who you want to become.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Vanishing Jobs.<\/strong> In the beginning, the jobs displaced by technology will be those that are dull, dangerous or dirty; eventually, it will include jobs like surgeons, anaesthesiologists or optometrists. What jobs will we lose first? Three that come to mind: Truck drivers, retail, and supermarket workers and cashiers. Why?… Because tech and automation can quickly replace these jobs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cDo you believe in life after delivery?\u201d The other replied, \u201cWhy, of course. There has to be something after delivery. Maybe we are here to prepare ourselves for what we will be later.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cNonsense\u201d said the first. \u201cThere is no life after delivery. What kind of life would that be?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The second said, \u201cI don\u2019t know, but there will be more light than here. Maybe we will walk with our legs and eat from our mouths. Maybe we will have other senses that we can\u2019t understand now.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first replied, \u201cThat is absurd. Walking is impossible. And eating with our mouths? Ridiculous! The umbilical cord supplies nutrition and everything we need. But the umbilical cord is so short. Life after delivery is to be logically excluded.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The second insisted, \u201cWell I think there is something and maybe it\u2019s different than it is here. Maybe we won\u2019t need this physical cord anymore.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first replied, \u201cNonsense. And moreover if there is life, then why has no one has ever come back from there? Delivery is the end of life, and in the after-delivery there is nothing but darkness and silence and oblivion. It takes us nowhere.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first replied \u201cMother? You actually believe in Mother? That\u2019s laughable. If Mother exists then where is She now?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The second said, \u201cShe is all around us. We are surrounded by her. We are of Her. It is in Her that we live. Without Her this world would not and could not exist.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Said the first: \u201cWell I don\u2019t see Her, so it is only logical that She doesn\u2019t exist.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To which the second replied, \u201cSometimes, when you\u2019re in silence and you focus and you really listen, you can perceive Her presence, and you can hear Her loving voice, calling down from above.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. The Pac-Man Effect!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mention\u2018s study of more than 1 billion small business mentions on social media revealed the extent to which customers interact with companies on social media. A small percentage of interactions\u2014only 6 percent\u2014are negative. The remaining 94 percent are positive or neutral, with neutral conversations\u2014your average, every day, run-of-the-mill interactions\u2014accounting for 76 percent of total mentions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When plotted on a pie chart, these conversations look a bit like Pac-Man. Hence, the Pac-Man Effect. So, don\u2019t worry\u2026 if you are just \u2018consuming\u2019 content on social networks, it\u2019s time to being the \u2018creator\u2019 as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
