1. Reading<\/strong> – Reading books provides a number of benefits for both the reader and the community. First, readers can learn new information and improve their understanding of the world. Additionally, books can provide a deeper exploration of topics than other forms of media. Finally, reading books can improve cognitive skills and contribute to a person\u2019s personal growth. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Startup Leadership <\/strong>– In order to be a successful leader in your startup, it is important to be able to wear many hats and be able to delegate tasks. You should also be able to develop a trusting relationship with your team and be able to communicate your vision for the company. Finally, it is important to be able to stay motivated and focused on your goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Long Shift<\/strong> – In 2010, a collapse at the San Jose copper-gold mine in northern Chili trapped 33 men 700 metres underground. Foreman Luis Urz\u00faa immediately recognised the seriousness of the accident and took charge, organising the men for a long-term survival situation and helping them cope mentally with the situation. He made detailed maps of the area to help with the rescue effort and co-ordinated closely with engineers on the surface.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
