Effective leadership is essential for driving progress and achieving success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Qualities of Effective Leader<\/mark><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p> Here, I can give you a few key traits that leaders often have or possess that I have found effective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The first thing is<strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"> <\/mark><\/strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">vision<\/mark>; great leaders have a clear vision of what they want to achieve. They can inspire others to follow that vision. It&#8217;s also known as clarity, and clarity is the key.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The second point is<strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"> <\/mark><\/strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">communication<\/mark>. Strong communication skills are crucial for leaders. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They must be able to clearly articulate their ideas and listen to their, or the perspective of others, like communicating and talking &amp; listening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And the next one could be <mark class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">emotional intelligence<\/mark>; influential leaders can understand and manage their emotions and those around them. It\u2019s very, very crucial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One more I can think of is <mark class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">adaptability<\/mark>. Great leaders can adjust their plans and strategies in response to changing circumstances, making them leaders. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Highly effective leaders involve everyone when they create their plans or strategies. They get people interested in such activities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p><strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">It&#8217;s not the leader&#8217;s plan that followers are following.
